"I found them through Google/Thumbtack and asked for a bid. Just a few minutes later, I got a reply and he said he can out the same day to clean my rugs. 4 hours later and he was at my house and had my rugs done in a very short time. The price was reasonable - certainly worth the expense compared to going to rent a cleaner, buy the chemicals and spending all day scrubbing. Now I have the rest of the day to enjoy a beautiful day! He returned all phone calls promptly, no time delay in scheduling an appointment for service, called me as he was on his way to my house and showed up promptly on time.
